Charter of Congregational Affiliation

This document shows your affiliation with the Ministries Headquarters, and serves your church or ministry as a document you will be proud to display to the community. It is important to mention that you or at least one of your Board are a Universal Ministries Minister as a Church may only Charter within its own Membership.

Once approved, your church or ministry will be listed in our online directory with contact information available so folks in your local area may contact you.

The Universal Charter of Affiliation requires you be Ordained with this Church to request a Charter. Federal law says we can only Charter Affiliates that are part of the Universal Ministries. Independent affiliation Association with your Home Church to appease IRS 14 Point guidelines.
